The Ventricina Academy, in addition to promote and preserve the nice salami, proposes a lot
of social and cultural activities.
Some of these events are: delicatessen tasters' courses, with the collaboration of O.N.A.S. (National Association of Delicatessen Tasters); fairs and feasts celebrating moments like pigs killings, making of Ventricina, harvest; poetry and painting contests.
Ventricina Magazine, is the Academy's official journal, with great contributions by experts in salted meat and local traditions. To have it simply sign up to the Association.
