The point of sale of Cattle-Track's Farms testifies that "cattle-track culture", where the exchanges of products among several areas enriched, by the time, the gastronomic inheritance of Vastese land, let some product gets notoriety outside regional boundaries.

The emblem of these lands is the special salami called Ventricina, with curious appearance and extraordinary taste. Nowadays the Academy defends its magnificens and nobility.

All products listed in "The discovery of ancient flavours" are available in the point of sale.

Some products are so unique, special and linked to year's season that you can buy only before booking them.

Offers and price list

• Ventricina: 32,00 euro per Kg (minimum order 1Kg, see notices)
• Pecorino Cheese: 15,00 euro per Kg (minimum order 1Kg, see notices)
• Wines:
  • RitoRnato Reserve DOC: 7,50 euro per bottle (minimum 3 bottles),
  • FarFa IGT: 5,00 euro per bottle (minimum 6 bottles),
  • BoRagna White: 4,50 euro per bottle (minimum 6 bottles).
• Liqueurs:
  • SoLagne (Strong sweet wine): 5,50 euro per bottle (0,5l) (minimum 6 bottles),
  • RataFia': 13 euro per bottle (0,5l).
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil: 8,00 euro (minimum 3 bottles)

How to order - Notices

• You can order by FAX or E-MAIL,
• Minimum order must be at least 50,00 euro,
• Products are sent by carrier every monday and are delivered in 48 hour for continental Italy, 3 days for Islands. In European counties they are delivered in 3-4 days.
• Delivery-charge is 8,00 euro if package weights less than 30 Kg, 15,00 euro for heavier packages.
• Minimum quantities for Ventricina are about 1Kg. Due to it is an artisan-made product, it is not possible to determine exactly its final weight.
• Personal data will be treated as stated by italian law 675/96 (Personal Privacy Law).
